"They HAD the best potatoe skins I've ever had, then something or someone changed?! they used to be thinner potatoe and were full of cheese bacon nd chives, they were crispy and so freaking good sometimes id eat just that for dinner Within the past few months I think they've hired someone else because their nowhere near what they use to be! id give the old skins 5s but what they're serving now, 3 s is generous!"

"Terrible customer service. Initially a waitress gave us a wait time of 40 minutes to be seated. 25 minutes later I was told it would be another hour given the size of our group. I asked how long if we split up the group and she said she would rather not do that. I had to ask again, and she told me it would still be an hour no matter what we did. No apology, no attempt at being helpful. She never left the front of the restaurant in the 30 minutes we waited, so she was also not rushed/overworked. Either someone needs to spend more time training the staff, or they need to find better employees. I will not be coming back to this location any time soon."
