"I went to the Garage yesterday, for the very first time and it won't be my last! Our waiter Joseph, was such a cutie and one of the best waiter's that I've ever had! The coffee, bacon, cheese and mushroom omlette was superb and so was the conversation, had with a friend of many years. We don't get to see each other very much and this was the perfect place for us to go to! The only thing that I will mention, that definitely needs renovating, is most of the place. They really need new chairs. That is quite apparent and hope that they renovate and soon!"

"Just not good! Ordered a chicken salad and a quesadilla. No taste, chewy chicken, industrial vinaigrette, tasteless cheeses. Not that expensive, but not worth more. And very noisy by the different sport screens and the music adding up to the plane noise of the neighbour airport. Would not go back."

"I went here with my dad after we just arrived in Toronto after an 8 hour flight. It looked very appealing on the outside so we didn't hesitate and went straight in. ⁃ Location -It's located in a side street near one of the most interesting roads in Toronto (Yonge St.) You can get there pretty easy by tram, subway, taxi or just use Uber. Because of its location just outside Yonge St it's a lot more quiet. ⁃ Restaurant -It's one of these typical sports bar. There are a lot of TV's with live games on them and the rest of the interior has a cozy brownish style which makes it very appealing. They have some pool tables in there, a large bar and plenty of other places to sit if you want to have a more private conversation. ⁃ Food - I ordered a steak with onion rings and French fries. The steak was really good and I enjoyed all the side-dishes as well. They have a decent amount of variety in what you can order, so everyone will find something what they like. ⁃ Drinks -I am a beer guy myself so I only had beers. They have a good amount of local beer and a couple of continental beers. Of course they have the usual soda drinks and I am not sure about the wine. ⁃ Service -The waiters were very friendly but in a rush, so they kept flying past you. They answered all my questions and did some good suggestions for the food and drinks. On the end the credit card machine wasn't working and then our waiter started to get annoyed by it and somehow got irritated with us. I guess it was because of the hurry they were in but it left a bad after taste. Still, in general they are very friendly! ⁃ Price - For us Europeans it was very cheap, but if the currency would be equal its still a good price to pay for this quality food and service. ⁃ Conclusion - I enjoyed my time there and had a great dinner. The location is nice, the interior very appealing and cozy and the waiters are generally nice. The only thing I didn't like was the rushing feeling around the waiters. Still, if you are around Yonge street and want to have a nice dinner, I suggest you go to Mick e Fynn's!"
