"When we went up the girl that cleaned the outside tables on us by an ice water, looked down and smiled. we went to talk to the manager, and he denied it first, but then had to admit that it happened. with several witnesses present and our fallen dresses. no apologies from everyone when we saw in most tables were empty and it was a completely new staff. it smells awful too. we came here the week, but never again."

"Don't bother to call in your order, on the day I tried to place an order, I learned their phones were deliberately turned off, . I verified this, when I went inside, called and the phones still didn't ring. Amazing food yet for a company that tries to Americanize themselves from their food to their decor they need to work on the American customer service aspect of their restaurant. Just don't look at my review look at the lowest reviews and their responses. Not many places are offering Chicken n Waffles and the food is fairly good but if another restaurant opens up that has better service this place might not last."

"Red Barn has the best American style pulled pork, burgers, and ribs in Kaiserslautern! In addition, they have a great American and European craft beer selection--best in the area. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a little bit of Americana. I has a western/country atmosphere and ample free parking."
