"The store manager was loudly arguing with an employee in the booth next to us about incomplete tasks. While I understand that they were busy and could see the manager was on a crutch and maybe this was why they had setup an office in the front of house, the discussion took place next to us it really made us feel awkward. "Absolutely disgusting customer service, very VERY unhappy and will not use again for sure. The driver (restaurant own courier) did not knock door or ring doorbell and as a result my food was cold and vile, really disappointed and can not express enough for people to avoid as you will likely be disappointed and spend good money to receive a particularly poor service and complete lack of customer satisfaction. PLEASE AVOID!!!! ALSO I HAVE RING DOORBELL FOOTAGE TO BACK THIS UP."

"I decided to try this as I was with my mother and we were both hungry, but weren 't willing to wait in the queue for KFC next to us. The selection of pasties on offer was minimal with staff telling me that we don 't have that available right now even though it was 1pm (lunch time). The pasty I did get (Chicken and Chorizo, I think) was warm at best, the potato wedges were practically cold and I had to settle for a water, as there was a lack of drinks available. My mother asked for a ham and cheese baguette, which they began to prepare at the end of the counter, near the till. When we got there, the women making the sandwich began filling the sandwich with tomato and lettuce. My mother asked her if she could have no tomato in the baguette, to which the staff member replied It 's how we make them. They are on a pre-set menu which we cannot change . Even though, she 's making the baguette right in front of us, and it wouldn 't have been any hassle to just NOT put some tomato in it. My Mother then proceeded to remove the tomato as soon as we sat down, which just seemed a bit pointless. In conclusion, we were both a little annoyed and have agreed never to go back there."

"Horrible place! Me and my sister ordered it took an hour to get here when we live down the road. It came super cold and mainly raw. We rang to complain but the staff were very rude . After eating we were vomiting and most likely food poisoned for about 4 days . Highly doubt we order there again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20"
