"The lady at the hostess stand was extremely rude. Even after we showed her the opentable reservation she kept us waiting. It could have been because my friend had asked her if they had a table and she flat out said the wait was 3 hours, even though there was only a small party of 2 before us waiting and there were 3 empty tables outside and about 5 inside. This was before we booked the table on opentable. After we made the opentable reservation and showed her that, she was visibly furious and she kept insisting it was a systems fault and that they had no tables. Finally we were seated though. The experience from there onwards was splendid, the food tasty and the service impeccable (waiter jun). Overall, it would be nice if opentable could work with the hotel systems a bit better and give opentable customers a slightly better experience while checking in"
