"I had a tripe soup, it did not taste good and the waiter was not very sympathetic (this is typical in Ro . A tripe soup that tastes bad is inexcusable in a traditional restaurant. I can say that the location is very good, the terrace...is nice and other dishes may provide a better experience. I hope :"

"First and foremost, their taking Amex makes this restaurant convenient for business travelers. Secondly, the location on the second floor of the mall makes parking and general ability to find it easy.I had the royal beef wok and chicken soup on one visit, the second I had the spicy chicken wok. The portions were big, and quite a bit of rice was offered. For a stir fry I would have liked more veggies and flavor, I tend to like mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas, etc and this was largely just meat and rice. Others in the group had salad and the pork chop, to mixed reviews. I think this restaurant has good dependable food, but nothing remarkable or to go out of your way for.They are able to handle larger groups (10+)."

"Locale arredato con gusto rumeno, pesanti tende di velluto bordeaux, fregi dorati ,un po diverso dagli altri, i piatti proposti sono tipici della loro tradizione culinaria, ma non di buona qualità, servizio scarso, sbagliate le comande e poi insalata di cetrioli con foglie di lattuga intere con una bella lumaca senza guscio, poche scuse da parte del personale e credo mi sia stata servita la stessa insalata, pane da toast bruciato, alla richiesta di pane, 1 piccolo panino a testa, a fine pasto, con aspirapolvere raccolte dalle tovagliette le briciole di pane insistentemente, molto fastidioso e poco rispettoso."

"I love Soup up for a healthy and light lunch. We have one close to our home on Piata Amzei and if I have to do a take away lunch, that's where I go. The soups and salad re delicious made in the morning with...local ingredients... and there is enough choice.. everything is vegetarian and mostly vegan as well.. apart from the regular favourites everyday they also add a few local seasonal soups.. this is the place where I discovered the Romanian ciorba de loboda (purple spinach soup).. the staff is always smiling and friendly.. happy to answer questions, and give a taste of everything that you want to try."

"Really fullfiled this Saturday to discover a great place nearby central station in Bucharest. Grivita Pub is welcoming, staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home, steak is at its best, cold draft beer, unlimited monkey peanuts and everybody around us seemed happy and trully enjoying themselves. Menu is generous and all grill meat is authentically cooked. We will definitely become part of the usual crowd for lunch or dining. Worth giving a try!"

"The portions are of an average size and the food was not bad. Not amazing either. Still, simple, plenty and nourishing. The service was incredibly slow given that there were not that many people around. The building is an old one, nicely renovated. The prices are decent, a bit less than we expected actually. The soups were nothing special but the grills were good, in particular a trout grilled with basil and cherry tomatoes."
