"I haven't been to the Korean side of Eastwood in a long,long time. Things have changed for the better,it use to be old looking and drab,no longer! Pishon patisserie was what we chose for dessert,simply because we were on that side of the street <br>

"Decided to check out some local shops, La Vigne looked like a good target. The sliding door opened to a small Korean bakery, surprisingly there was no bread aroma. Staff were Korean but too bad I could only speak English. Not much to say about service. <br>

I ordered a matcha latte to see if there are any good joints other than café Cre Asion but once again I was let down. The matcha latte was like poured straight from a packet, very sweet, and lacked the texture and flavour of a real matcha latte. Sweet potato cake, a Korean specialty, was slightly heavier than the bakery across the road, Pishon, but it had unique flavour that I couldn’t make out. I decided to return for coffee after a couple of weeks and it was solid. Best coffee on the Korean side of Eastwood. Whenever I need an energy boost, I will come for coffee before I head off to class."

"The sizzlers they offer are amazingly mouthwatering and the beef bone soup in soy sauce is one of their signature dishes easy to fill satisfy a hungry stomach. The other dish I've tried is the sizzling chicken in spicy sauce which is equally filling and all of these are worthy of the price you pay."
