"Always looking for a good deal and I remember someone telling me to come here for late night eats. They are well known for their fish soup. Most people will order the combo where you pick the soup, type of noodle, variety of toppings and include a drink at a cheap price. Don't expect 5 star service here, the service is typical of most HK style cafes."

"The Bamboo Grove offers fine Chinese food. I stopped patronizing this restaurant when the city removed street parking in the 6900 block of No 3 Road, admittedly there is a few parking spots at the rear of the restaurant but I stopped parking there when I discovered my vehicle damaged."

"Approximately 25 of us sat in a private area for a celebratory dinner. The meal was preset where several courses were shared between 2 people: hummus and pita, iced shrimp, Greek salad (Caesar salad substitute if requested), fried cheese (yum), stuffed prawns, main platter included calamari, chicken, lamb, and each person got a plate with rice, potato and veggies and then a dessert plate. The service was good and the food delicious."

"We decided to go for dinner and have steak. The Chop Steakhouse was recommended by a friend and it was great. The drive was not far from our hotel and close to the casino.The service was friendly but a little slow at times.The steaks were very tasty and cooked perfectly.My big disappointment was they did not have J,Lohr wine which was listed on their wine list. Instead we had to try a substitute wine which was not as good."

"We ordered the Canadian and Traditional breakfasts. Food is served cafeteria style from steam tables. The scrambled eggs are OK, tomato slices are fresh, bacon cook is variable so my wife asked for crispy slices, sausages are two small links and home fries are deep fried potato cubes. Only negative quality was the toast that seemed to be brushed with olive oil instead of margarine or butter. Also there was no regular jam for the toast so we used some lingonberry jam.There is no decaf coffee.Seating is cafeteria style.At $2.49 and 2.99 for the breakfasts it is a great value."
