"Der Wirt und seine Partnerin haben es erkannt: Viele Menschen frühstücken spät und haben nicht schon wieder um 12 oder 13 Uhr Appetit, sondern erst um 15 oder 16 Uhr!!! Deshalb geht man am Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Sonntag von 11-18 Uhr und am Freitag und Samstag (ausnahmsweise!) von 11-24 Uhr in den "Adler".Man gönnt sich wunderbare Maultaschen mit einem herrlich "schlonzigen" Kartoffelsalat (fast so gut wie der von der Frau Gemahlin!!!) oder einen Rostbraten (marmoriert,mit Fettrand,abgehangen und medium) oder Rehbraten, und danach einen Dessertteller, der natürlich für zwei reicht - sehr delikat! Und dazu das eine oder andere Viertele vom Haidle, Aldinger oder Ellwanger.... So muss es sein - sauber, adrett, wohlschmeckend und schwäbisch saugut!!!"
