"Nice staff! Good food. Breakfast buffet pleased everyone in our group and had a variety of home-cooked options. Made to order French toast and pancakes included with buffet. Great, laid back place to fuel up before hitting the slopes!"

"We arrived in Banner Elk late and in the middle of snow coming down in April. Every place was pretty much closed except the bar part of this restaurant. The manager on duty was very accommodating and opened up a spot in the closed dining section, after we realized the bar was playing really loud (but good music). We love music but after a long day of driving we were just tired and wanted to relax. Definitely sounded like a fun place if you were wanting to go hang out at night. The whole place was decorated really nice with beautiful paintings, especially the dining area. I felt bad that they opened up a table just for us but the staff never once made us feel like we were a bother. Our waitress, Jordan Y., was excellent and very personable. She was younger but very professional and a joy to talk with while we enjoyed our delicious meal. My husband had the Veal Parm and I enjoyed the crab cakes. Both were great and we were so thankful for being able to eat a wonderful meal so last minute and late. Would highly recommend!"

"Fantastic atmosphere, incredible food! I've been here twice so far and had the pork chop and the brisket. Both were amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was cooked exactly as requested. The presentation on the plate was lovely and I don't even normally care about that sort of thing! One of the nights there was live music as well and that was nice in to hear from the bar area. I highly recommend it."

"If you are looking for an incredible dining venue, come to Elevations. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, and he seated us at a very nice table. Live music was playing, and we enjoyed that. Both of us love fish, and I had the salmon. It was medium rare, and quite flavorful. Paul had trout, and it was perfect! The dessert for two was Bananas Foster, and it caught the attention of other diners. The waitress was wonderful, and she is also a teacher! Her service was excellent. Going here was worth the thirty minute drive. We will be back!"
