"Plachutta is a well-known restaurant in Wien that specializes in Austrian bark dishes. I was there in september 2018 to visit family. I have eaten there when I am in Austria and the quality and service never disappointed. last year, in plachutta by the opera, ihad. the famous wiener carving that was made perfect. in this year, in plachutta, nußdorferstrasse, I had an excellent kalbsgulasch, accompanied by butternockerl, which melted into the mouth. the meat was delicate, the sauce creamy and tasteful. the service is perfect. the restaurant is accessible by wheelchair via the entrance of the railway, from there there is a lift that leads it directly to the restaurant."

"We found this place by chance from Tram-Terminus in Stammersdorf. It is family business and our host was the owner and winemaker. The service was excellent and we chose from the counter, chicken with a mixture of potatoes, potato salad and sauerkraut. I had also washed bread and local smoked cheese with excellent house wine. We shared a large piece of cake with fruit and cream. For 3 of us the accounts came to 36 euros! The whole experience was a joy."

"The local is very rustic but still it has flair. everything completely uncomplicated and warm. today on the vatertag there was brunch around 13.90 euro - but the offered was this price several times worth!!! appetizer buffet: lamina, bark meat salad, diw. smoker fish, raw ham with melone, etc. homemade suppers, then crispy sponges, as with oma, delicate whole soft burgundy roast you couldn't taste everything. but so delicious and constantly freshly prepared I never got it with others (essentially more expensive buffets). service very attentive, very friendly, incredibly nice family atmosphere. two gardens with huge trees for a cozy stay, not overflowing despite vaterday and pleasant to sit in the shadow. today on 8.6. we already had 32 degrees in wien !!!. also the drink selection good and fleeting, very nice personal service. we used to be there, sitting inside, also very cozy. Price. performance ratio sensational. we have to come back soon."

"Super cozy in summer! very nice in-house! good, honest eating, fair prices, smoker area seperat, creamy equipment. Sunday roast, arrangements possible, e.g. best occasions. all in all coherent concept with seasonal card change, fixed main card and daily menu.Very recommended, especially if you look for such a local, vain! is by the way my trunk!;-)"
