"We live a distance from here and went to the top of the eye view. we did not know that it was a sportable, had a nice greeting and asked if we were from our reserved table as the lighting was not a problem. many. tvs in there had a local game, it was very loud, charge we didn't know. the side we order steak for our meals. Rib-eye sirloin, paid at the bar and only waited bout for our meal nice and hot, well presented and so a nice tasting steak, chips snatch rings and we mushroom on top, very pleasant and perfectly cooked as we asked to do it medium. pudding were very reasonable prices like the steaks. again a good fast service, cheesecake with creamed apple crumble with custard was hot piping. So for courses a drink everyone came to us thought it was very reasonable price wise and was satisfied with service! a bit too loud for us, but maybe also for others we will return"

"After 2 previously very disappointing visits I thought I would give the place the benefit of the doubt and try one more time because of all the good reviews and perhaps I had been very unlucky on the last two occasions.. What a mistake!. If anything, the food was even worse with dried-out, tasteless meat, awful burnt roast potatoes, and parsnips, watery mashed potatoes, and the other veg that was equally as bad. The service was poor with orders wrong and slow. I know that Sundays is a busy time but if there is a staffing problem this should have been addressed by now. because there were a number of us we were very short of space which made eating uncomfortable with no elbow room. The quality of the food and service is not reflected in the price and nearly every nearby carveries are cheaper with better food and service. After 3 awful visits I am unlikely to go again."

"Everything I can say is wow .we arrived at 10:00 a.m. to the breakfast, as we work on the building all over the street. when entering we noticed how spotless the place was, but how busy it was so that we, where expect a long wait for our eating. we were served by a happy man who made pleasant talks with us, we both ordered the monster breakfast. we found a table and sat back ready for the long waiting period that they usually get at this daytime. our breakfast came within 5 to 10 minutes and was freshly cooked, and it was nice. we will go back to breakfast every day until our work is done."

"Deep in the heart of the post industrial langley green, at the end of a high street quite decimated by bad architectural planning and a nearby great name super market sits the crosswells inn one of two old school looking pubs (the other is the nearby model.) despite the search quite small when they first pass, the crosswells is actually quite large, with a bar, lounge, at least one restaurant function outside. the bar also has a good selection of bitter, lagators, flax and guinness. They also have salt and edgy mini ochdars, which I have seen nowhere else and which I highly recommend. the employees are the right kind of personal for the place where they know the locals, but are just as friendly with passing customers. I must admit that I was not in the night, but on the day it is a clean and beautiful place to have a quiet drink."

"Love this cafe. Plenty to choose from on the menu sandwiches, baguettes, baked potatoes, pasta, rice etc. We love the baguettes which are made to order and packed with good quality, fresh ingredients. And the bacon rolls are delicious and excellent value at just £2 each. (We're also partial to their scones which are so delicious, they're hard to resist! A local delivery service is available for orders over £12 which could be useful if you work in the area and fancy a treat for lunch. Highly recommended."
