"We had a reservation last night at 7:30. we reserved it via the fork directly in the cards. The reservation was confirmed. Once there, the restaurant was closed and nobody around. When I composed the number displayed directly at the restaurant, one guy answered and told me that he had nothing to do with the restaurant. Very disappointing! "We arrived during the midday and were not greeted by the waiters. when we asked their attention, they would point to one table. then nothing happened for 10 minutes, we were totally ignored. when the waitress finally showed up, she didn't apologize for the long waiting period. she asked for our order, and I pointed out that we have not seen the menu yet, although we have been here for 10 minutes. instead of apologising, she was quite rude and said it was like what they expect at midday. then we decided to go. (at neptune plage on the road that we were greeted, had our drinks and our order was taken all within minutes from the arrival, although it was there lunch and busy, too."
