"Tucked away in the old town, this restaurant is worth a visit. Very good value, friendly and knowledgable staff, serving perfect food. We were shown the flyer and didn't think it would be good, but don't be deceived - the food was fantastic. Looking good on the black slate plates, and everything tasting so good. I had Caesar salad. This one had a mix of really interesting salad leaves, with freshly cooked chicken breast, and a delicate dressing. My husband had the house special - pasta with foie gras and duck breast."

"After the overpriced and mediocre fare from the restaurants in the "picturesque" city centre, this place was a delight. Simple honest delicious home-cooked food served up by the friendly (and bilingual) Christophe. It's a small restaurant. We sat at a table on the 'terrace' by the main road watching the scooters go by. Not a place to go for a romantic dinner for two perhaps, but frequented by locals and a real gem. We'll be back!"

"Meal taken on 31/07. Super reception of the waiter who welcomed us by humour and kindness. Very present without being invasive. The dishes were hearty and very good (beef pot, vegetable wok, pizza, cold beef roast). Little doubt about the fact that fries are home but meat of good quality and cream burned tip top. I recommend the Pontier who reconciles me with the places restaurants that could unfortunately fall into the “super tourist catch”"
