The sausages (dries) are sprinkled with sweet sour sauce from supermarket but saved by a thick cucumber puck and profusion coriander. The chicken is tender the satay sauce is served generously, the coriander also...it saves everything. green curry with shrimp: for the price, the box is filled with four-fifths of rice and sauce. well-dose. 7 shrimps and pepper finish the box. It's good.No proposed water carafe, so it pushes to the consumption of drinks.This is really bad for a formula that should favor the economic side. no bread, of course, neither...despite the generous sauce.It goes from time to time."

"De façon factuelle, si la nourriture est bonne (8ème commande à mon actif chez eux), le service client est LE cas d'école qu'il convient à tout prix de ne jamais reproduire !Si ma première mésaventure avec Sabai Siam ne mérite pas d'être développée plus que ça, car bon nombre d'entre nous l'ont déjà vécu (un plat de riz avec un morceau de poulet digne d'un menu enfant anorexique) ma deuxième relève du foutage de gueule...21h : Nous avons commandé pour une livraison à domicile.21h45 : Au bout de 45 minutes d'attente le livreur (fort sympathique) nous dit qu'il a eu un problème et qu il passera dans 30 minutes... ok ça arrive les problèmes donc on patiente 45 minutes (on laisse une marge)22h30 : On rappele le restaurant, le gérant qui, là c'est drôle, ne prend pas la peine de nous prévenir du retard supplémentaire de 30 minutes, ne propose aucun geste commercial (n'importe quel commerçant ferait pour fidéliser la clientèle). Mieux, il m'explique qu'il ferme là mais que je serais livré dans la soirée et qu'il consent de me faire un geste (non quantifiable) sur la prochaine commande devant mon insistance... et me fait sentir clairement qu'il n'a rien faire de la situation.Il est 23 heures, le livreur me répond au téléphone, s'excuse platement, invoque ses problèmes et m'annonce qu'il ne peut pas me livrer etc... et me propose 50% sur ma prochaine commande... (drôle c'est le livreur et non le gérant qui a la fibre commercial #syndromedePeter)Ce que je reproche au gérant (et uniquement à lui) c'est l'absence total de professionalisme de sa part car c'est son devoir de "patron" de veiller au bon déroulement des services qu'il propose, et de l'image de son etablissement.- son absence total de communication (il ne prend pas la peine de nous prévenir du retard avec un air "je m'en bats les reins si t'es pas content c'est pareil" et c'est nous qui devons le contacter à plusieurs reprises pour s'entendre dire par le livreur que tout compte fait il ne livre plus). - son absence total de sens commercial (c'est ballot pour un commerçant ...) Il lui aurait juste suffit de proposer un geste financier sur le moment et non à venir pour fidéliser les clients que nous sommes- son absence de considération du client en ne maintenant pas la livraison et ne jugeant pas utile de nous prévenir (cf absence de communications )Cet avis à pour but de rectifier les dysfonctionnements du "gérant" et de lui faire comprendre qu'à l'époque d'Internet, les clients peuvent témoigner !(J'ai hâte de lire votre réponse pour voir comment vous allez justifier le comportement de votre "gérant du soir"...)Cordialement #LonelyPlanet#Guideduroutard#LePoint#LeParisien"

"Very friendly servers, but completely outdated by the busy restaurant world to have a burger while people who arrived after us had theirs before very bad organization. So we had to constantly ask them where the order was. At the end of minutes they managed to admit that they had been wrong and that they had not taken the order!!!Desperados arrived with a slice of orange instead of lemon .The entries are really average : industrial panned chicken best at kfc, mozza sticks not bad, passable calamar but there was or who fought in duel. Once the burgers were served there were big cooking shortages. we had asked about it and it was blue! we felt the beef fat and the more the beef of the blow ... damage because the burgers are not bad but really without more. Fries are home so it’s always better than frozen! But they're soft so it ruins everything...A club sandwich came cold so the cheddar was hard like concrete. After more waiting for beers and burgers and a cold club, it hurts. People next to us seemed to appreciate it, so I think it’s right for people not too looking at service and quality. Positive: it’s affordable and happy hour up to h. very kind and friendly but totally unorganized servers. We will not return."
