"Excellent food.. New Caribbean place down in the bottom. Ordered some chicken dishes to go. Price was excellent for the portion sizes. The jerk chicken was quite spicy and flavorful. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Might be the best jerk dish I've had in Richmond."

"THE LADY AT THE COUNTER JUST TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY…. I HAD A LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER FOR $20 I ORDER 19.64 WORTH OF FOOD. SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY $4.08 I RELUCTANLY GAVE HER THE MONEY. SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY TAX AND I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE PRICING OF MY FOOD. SHE WASN’T HEARING IT? SO I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME A RECIEPT. SHE PRINTED 2 TICKETS ONE WITH TAX INCLUDED THAT SAID $21.64 AND A SEPARATE ONE FOR $4.08 SHE KEPT TRYING TO LIE ABOUT THE TAX UNTIL SHE REALIZE THAT I CAUGHT HER IN A LIE. BUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO NEED TO PRINT A SEPARATE TICKET. AFTER I KEPT SHOWING HER HOW IT MADE NO SINCE, THEN SHE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I TOLD HER I DID OWE TAX BUT ONLY $1.00 AND SOME CHANGE THAT SHE REFUSED BECAUSE SHE WAS SO ANGRY AFTER I CAUGHT HER IN A LIE. ONCE I PROVED THAT SHE JUST MADE UP #S TO STEAL EXTRA MONEY. THEN SHE STARTED LIEING AND SAYING THE VOUCHER SAYS SAY’S THE BUYER MUST PAY GRATUDITY. WHICH WAS A FLAT OUT LIE!! THAT CONFIRMED WHAT I ALREADY KNEW!! PLUS SHE WAS ACTING FUNNY WHEN I FIRST SHOWED HER THE VOUCHER.THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE!!! IT’S FUNNY BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER A SIDE OF MAC & CHEESE FOR $4. THE FOOD WAS BLAND AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK I WILL STICK TO CARENA’S. I TRIED IT BECAUSE OF LIVING SOCIAL BUT IF THEY IMPROVED THEIE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY THEY WOULDN’T NEED LIVING SOCIAL. I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOW MY FIRST MIND THE FOOD WASN’T GOOD 2 YEARS AGO AND IT STILL ISN’T TODAY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOOD IS BELOW AVERAGE AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MONEY BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF BUSINESS. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!"

"Great place for lunch. Good atmosphere and service. The food is excellent. However, they are not always consist on how things are made. My personal favorite is the Numb Numb Beef Ramen and I order pretty often. It is never quite the same each time. It still tastes great though. Check this place out. Parking my be an issue so go early."

"We had to wait a long time to get in on a Saturday evening, but it was so worth it. Start your course off with some sweet tea and catfish nuggets for each person, trust me you don't want to have to share your catfish. The entrees are delicious, personally I would go for the pork chops which are exceptional, but avoid the fried chicken, which is average. The sides are good, including southern classics such as greens, scratch made mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese that tastes almost like mom's and string beans with a curious sweetness that kept me coming back for more. There are a variety of desserts including cakes and cobblers. I keep thinking about those catfish nuggets though, get you some."

"My boyfriend loves Lee’s. We stopped by and got his food from the drive thru. Smelled so good to me we turned around went back to get myself dinner. Best potato wedges I’ve ever had. Green beans and chicken strips tasted amazing. There’s a line but it moves fast and once you taste the food you know why. Friendly service. Will be back."
