"They don 't even deserve a star.I went to the drive-thru in the evening. I placed an order and after paying I was told they only have cans. Since I don 't like canned soft drinks, I say it 's no problem but since I don 't like it I 'll just take a refund for the drink.After saying this, the employee says that in fact they say that but the drink fountain works, it 's for passing cans. She says she 's going to ask someone if she can give me a fountain drink. She comes back saying that diet coke doesn 't work. I answer that it doesn 't matter that I will only take reimbursement for the drink. She goes back to talk to the other two employees and one of them opens the can and empties it into a glass. An employee says ' 'you 'll just have to say that we managed to get the machine to work. "I could hear their entire conversation and he was laughing together. At no time was I disrespectful to the employee who served me and they tried to charge me for an item that I did not want and that I did not 'do not like.When they came back I simply said I heard everything and was going to take a full refund. At no time did they apologize."
