"We stopped in for lunch and had the "Chicken Club" and the "Baked Fish Platter." They say that everything is homemade and the desserts looked great (were too full from our meals to try any of them) I would stop in again."

"Hello I went to Univillsge today for a meal and we were disappointed, the frits were cooked in ancient Greece and the chicken was very cold not hot, at all we have heard great reviews, but not today I went to the store because I was from the city and I heard about doing something about cooking do something about keeping food warm and the old fat Ty"

"I have only had Norma's on a couple of occasions. We ordered sides like the wedge fries on a couple of occasions to have with our supper. It's a take out restaurant with a few booths available to sit down. The decor requires updating, for sure. I don't think I'd stay there for a meal. I'd certainly take-out.That being said, the fries and wedge fries seem popular among the locals. I can't speak about the rest of the menu. The times the restaurant is open varies, at 8 on a friday night they may be closed. Not sure how reliable the sign on the door is indicating when they will be back - it's a mystery! :)"

"If you're in the mood for a large restaurant experience, then this isn't the place. The first thing you notice is the small seating area. The restaurant can accomodate about 30 or so patrons, which is pretty normal for most country eateries. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The meals offer large plates of food, beyond what you'd expect anywhere. My wife ordered the one-egg breakfast, which came with two slices of toast, a huge mound of fried potatoes, and nine, count'um, nine, slices of bacon! ($4.99) I had the whole wheat club with poutine - still, a sizable plate-ful. Those of us who frequent Country Kitchen, do so often. The food is very good, the meal size cannot be beaten, and we never go home disappointed."
