"We were so disappointed coming to this Works after having pas great experiences in Ottawa . The server took our order and was very good at the beginning then never returned. We waited for over 35 minutes to get our food and it was not busy. My side dish of broccoli was raw you could tell they forgot it and threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, I asked for our bill as soon as our food was delivered, after we ate quickly to go see a move i had to ask again for the bill. They must need more staff! We won't be back."

"Was hoping for a good experience based on the overall rating but it was average at best.The tomato sauce was like flavored water, veal was overcooked.There was only one person taking orders and unfortunately did not communicate an allergy to the kitchen staff, of which there was about 4 people."

"Finally!!!... A classy burger joint that tops any other in Ontario! The hospitality is to perfection, (incrediblewaitress!!! and the food is cooked to a T and presented like you 're a Michelin Man. The atmosphere is perfect for almost any setting but the fooooood! So glad I stopped in! I 'll be back before I eat anywhere else! What a delightful meal!
