"Been a customer for over 40yrs. Recent levels of food quality have deteriorated in last 10yrs and yet the price of meals has increased to ridiculous levels £10!! which means we only order now very rarely. The curry and sweet'n'sour options often have a powdery/chalky taste and have a lot less veg than before it changed management e.g. you used to get lots of pineapple, tomato, onion and pepper in the sweet'n'sour sauce your now lucky if you get 1 piece of tomato/pineapple. They've also stopped, in last 10yrs, putting spring onion in fried rice. Also local rival offers free prawn crackers, spring roll, and chicken wing if you spend over £10 £15. Lee wong only offers free prawn crackers if spend £25!! New management is driving loyal customers away! In fairness, although it isn't as good as it used to be in order to justify the extortionate price increases, it is still the bar I measure other Chinese takeaways against. Perhaps I've been spoiled with having such a good Chinese for the majority of my life!"
