"Order Chinese from here though just eat. We received the confirmation email at 17:36 order number 863659219 confirmed for 7 pm, although 1.5 hours to wait was a long time we accepted this. We received a notification before 7 through app the it was on its way. 19:31 I phoned to chase and was told it's out with the driver. 20:00 the just eat app is saying it's been delivered. It wasnt! I chased on the phone again and was told its out with driver, they refused to refund and blamed the driver for being slow as the only explanation. 20:32 food arrives, 3 hours after ordering 1.5 after time given. The driver was nice and very apologetic, stating he had only been given the food 20 mins ago.. which sounds totally believable as the food we got was still piping hot. By this point we had pretty much given up and cooked alternatives for some of the family. We had both young children and those in the family with medical conditions who can not go without! I called again to ask for explanation and money off. They refused as the manager wasn't in and couldn't authorise it and anyway I had my food! Despite giving them a chance and asking them to call or leave a note for the manager to call me or authorise a refund neither have happened now in 48hours. Hence this review. I am totally disappointed in the service provided and disgusted in the lies I was told, the fraudulent actions in updating the just eat app and lack of care by the management. They have lost out family as customers and I will be ensuring as many people know their attitude as I can. Just eat were also not interested."

"Staff were brilliant, really welcoming and accommodating. Food was ok, part of it was very overcooked and they'd run out of hash browns but forgot to tell us. No issues with getting substitutes replacements and they offered a complimentary drink. But did have to wait a while so ate breakfast in stages! Staff friendliness service made up for the food, but it's a shame as this place could be great."

"This was a really great place! The staff is great, super helpful and really friendly. The location is great, really close to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, very personal which I liked. The breakfast (see pictures) was great, fresh berries every day and they were more than happy to accommodate to my vegan diet with both yoghurt, vegan blueberry croissant and plant based milk for the tea. The breakfast/restaurant area is very cozy and it's a nice spot just to sit and chill. The only downside is that the hotel is located on top of the bar, which makes it quite loud in the weekend."

"Ordered 2 mains, 3 sides and 1 drink. The mains were below average. The boiled rice was very dried out and seemed a couple of days old. The drink was not delivered. When I phoned them to politely request a refund they kept on hanging up the phone and playing ignorance. Finally got the refund after wasting 20 minutes on the phone. I will not wasting my time or money ordering from them again!"

"Small is beautiful indeed in this lovely little place, only half a dozen or so tables. Choice of 3 starters, crispy squid, sweetcorn fritters or dumplings. All home made. Then Beef Pho, Chicken skewers in peanut sauce and a medium mild curry plus couple of other items. Delicious, fresh, tasty. Definitely going back. Excellent value too."
