"Heard previous good reports and as our regular Chinese was closed, decided to try the wok. Menu was extensive and the ordering process on line was straight forward. Food was good and portions seemed good. Liked the online indication of time when meal would be ready but in practice it wasn’t accurate. But this was a very minor issue. Would happily try again and try some of the more unusual dishes which I’ve not experienced before."

"£25 worth of food thrown the minute I tasted it. Sweet Sour Chicken was fatty and lumpy, Salt Pepper Chips where cold along with the Egg Fried Rice. Complete waste of money. Called to complain, and they didn't seem to care."

"Looking for a Pakistani food restaurant in Burnley, we were guide to Shimla Spice and we were so glad to be there. We ordered prawn masala, chicken tikka, mutton balti and dhal (lentils) along with the naan bread. Everything was very well cooked, just the right combination of spices. We were impressed to see the large sized naans that were served to us on a stand. That was unique..... never saw a naan served in this manner whole my life. Its a bit noisy out there but the restaurant was full and we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a table. Service is very efficient and responsive. Would love to go there again whenever in Burnley."
