"Staff were lovely could not fault customer service. The shop was spacious and very clean. I brought grilled calamari with chips. The chips were very yummy and calamari was perfectly cooked. The only thing id suggest is more seasoning on the calamari but it was still very yummy. Calamari is hard to cook but they got it perfectly tender. I would recommend this place and definitely visit it again. Parking: park amongst other shops, you can find sone bargains. Kid-friendliness: They were very sweet to my children Wheelchair accessibility: very spacious shop"

"Very disappointed with the food. Being a seafood restaurant I expected the seafood to be good! It was overcooked and tough. The others said the steaks were fine. The restaurant itself is very run down. Coffee awful. However the Staff very friendly and helpful."

"I flew in from Germany last week and I have been hanging out to go here since I last visited it last year. It didn't disappoint at all. The staff were super friendly, and the food was to die for. MY ALL TIME FAV is the Antipasto board as it has a all the good things one can want. from deep fried calamari to meatballs. Even though the Antipasto board is my all time favourite, their pizzas are fantastic and pastas are really good - one in particular is the prawn linguini in pink sauce with zucchini & spinach. Now that is moorish!I like to also bring their pasta home. They have a refrigerator near the entrance of the restaurant with all sorts of pastas ready to take home. Its great to freeze for those special nights and yet again the pasta is well priced. I really like coming here especially with friends and family. I do recommend you book though because they are quite busy."

"Went here on Saturday night for an impromptu dinner, 4 adults and 2 kids in tow. The interior was warm and inviting, as always there's a nice buzz about Chan's on Friday & Saturday nights. We ordered some safe, classic options: Mongolian Lamb, Satay Chicken, Sizzling Garling King Prawns, Pork Ribs in Peking Sauce, Combination Soup and some Fried Rice. All Delicious! The Pork Ribs were sensational, the soup with a bit of chilli sauce on top was like a punch in the face of flavour. The satay chicken is always so tasty and the fried rice was also great - especially for the kids.Only minor thing was our waiter seemed a little dry and blunt. A swift slap on the noggin with a dumpling would of done the trick, we overlooked his attitude and enjoyed the night anyway. Joe, the photographer, came around our table and took some nice shots of us which he offered to send out to us in the mail which was a nice touch.If you've never been, give it a try. If not for the food then just go to enjoy the gold and red interior and the sweet little lady in the back, singing all the hits lol."

"We been there on Saturday and the service was very very bad. We went there at 2:20 PM and we wanted to *Dine-In* but the lady there said We are only taking *Take-away orders*, because we are closing at 3PM. We still had 40 minutes left. There was not a single sign or note saying Only Take-aways now . We had a kid with us and they did *not* even allow us to eat there. We always go there and we never beenIn this situation before. We had to starve. This is not a Take-away shop, this is a *Dine-In shop*. Looks like there's a new management in this shop who doesn't respect their own customers."
