"On holiday for a week we craved a Roast dinner. The George was the first place we saw when we got off the bus. As we had the dog we needed to be in the beer garden which was beautifully kept with flowers and features. All the staff were polite, attentive and the food was delicious. Only £14.95 for 3 courses of which my partners starter could have fed most people alone. If we holiday in IOW again this place is a must to eat at Price per person: £10–20"

"Brilliant! we have tried 4 other Chinese at least for glossop, hadfield and mottram, and this is the best. the appetizers we had were prawn har kay dumplings, steamed dizzy dumplings, which were very tender and crispy aromatic duck. all brilliant and hot at the arrival. the gurke served with the duck was the freshest we ever had. the best! will always order from them time! thank you."
