"The order has arrived. I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop."

"Partner took me here for my birthday dinner. Have been to the cotton house for sit-in and takeaway many times and it never disappoints! The food was so good and the service was excellent and the staff are so attentive and polite. We had just...ordered our deserts and some more drinks when we were asked if we could move to another table as another booking had turned up with extra people and they were going to need the space. We were moved to another nice table and the staff carried out drinks etc. They then told us they were giving us our desserts and a round of drinks for free. We felt this was not at all necessary as it wasn't an inconvenience to us at all but it was such a nice gesture. When the bill then arrived they had given us all of our drinks for free and the desserts. We left a good tip and thanked them so much but o hope they see this as it really was above and beyond and we could not have had better service. Thank you!"

"Before two nights, I took one out of this place. that was shredded bark with roasted rice. I was surprised how fast my food was delivered because they usually wait for an hour, but it was here in less that both my son and I enjoyed our crushed bark as we are pretty fussy. with the hours of eating I went to glasgow to pick up my sister, on the way I had started getting extreme stomach cramps and had to use the toilet as soon as I arrived at my destination. on the way back to the house I continued to get cramps and had to run back on toilet after I came home. the next day, who was yesterday, I had again severe stomach cramps and had to run back and forth to toilet. Today my favorite is still a bit cramped, but disappears. I can only put this down to eat from here. my son also had to go to the toilet a few times, but fortunately he didn't get it as bad as I did. queue"

"Positives: The service was great, really quick despite being fairly busy and the staff seemed friendly. Nice large room, spaced out really well so it’s not overwhelmingly noisy. Carrot cake was tasty. Good selection of cakes and coffees Negatives: pretty expensive, I got a cajun wrap that was either 7 or 8 and didn’t even come with chips or crisps. Had a wee side salad and sloppy coleslaw. The wrap itself was pretty tasteless and very sloppy as well. Would come back for coffee and cake but probably not for lunch"

"Called for a take away as had got one at the weekend and had been given complimentary spring rolls with spicy sauce which I thought was a nice touch. The food was delicious so decided to call back this evening. I asked how much the spring rolls were and quantity for the paying portion and I was advised they don’t come with any sauce. I explained about the ones I was given at the weekend and the owner went off on one and asked if I was a regular customer, I explained that I wasn’t and was returning because the food was nice, he shouted that I should have already a menu in front of me and that he did not want to give me an order because he has human rights. At this point I was wtf? Then he said I don’t have a driver to deliver to you. When I offered to collect he told me no unless I was a regular and to go somewhere else. Absolutely shocking behaviour and I feel this should be knowledge to others who may wish to order from this premises. Shame really as the food was delicious."
