"I ate here 06th February 2017.We ordered a pasta each, a diet coke each and a some bread (you pay extra for a piece of bread). Our past and drink arrived, but the bread never did.After eating our meals, we waited for someone to return to see if we wanted dessert - we'd looked at the menu earlier and we both saw something we liked. Eventually I walked up to the counter and grabbed a menu and said to the two staff standing there doing nothing that we will to order dessert. I took the menus back to our table, we double-checked what we wanted to order and waited. After 10 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving I told the cashier that we didn't get our bread. He said "but I take it you did get your pasta and drink?". It felt somewhat condescending. He did ask if we wanted him to give us some bread to take home.This was a Monday evening. The place would have been 25% - 30% full and there was plenty of staff not looking particularly busy. Not sure we'll return. And not great for the owners if their staff aren't attentive to customers who have told them "we want to order more food", ie we want to spend more money in your restaurant.The pasta was very good. Seating uncomfortable."

"My daugther found this place. Hopkins St is very busy all the time, so parking can be an issue. We got ours takeaway. Dumplings, spring onion pancake, all picked up hot and steaming. Tastes fantastic, sauce was provided as well. Only downfall is they don't speak very good english, so understanding"

"This place has some nice pre-cooked home-style Vietnamese dishes displayed in the hot food section. In fact it is quite convenient to buy a couple of dishes to bring home and eat with rice. The pork mince paper rice-roll "banh cuon" is particularly popular. The sour fish soup is also nice. And don't forget the Vietnamese iced coffee with milk "cafe sua da". But don't expect silver cutlery or clothed tables, the place is rather basic !"

"Busy place, noisy and crowded, could only mean it's a popular place. Serving is fast and staff are very attentive, it feels like you need to eat fast so other eager customers can take your sit. Good Pho, cheap eats and great avocado smoothie."

"A hidden gem in Footscray. Went for its famous brunch $11. With all south indian food. Its high recommended if you are searching for Indian breakfast in Melbourne. Worth every penny. Buffet includes full south Indian food, dosa idli Curd rice bisimili bath kheer etc etc. Only thing i thought is missing was the filter coffee and juice. Overall recommendated place to visit."

"We were the only ones in the restaurant at 7 pm on a Wednesday night. The service was very good and we were well looked after. Food did come out in dribs and drabs. Food was excellent nice and fresh and hot. One little concern was the owners of the restaurant had their little child running around the place making quite some noise and it was annoying. This place did get very busy towards the end of our meal. If you want a good feed and nice and cheap well worth a try."

"There are so many vietnamese restaurants in Footscray and we visited Saigon Pho to try their Pho and Broken rice and it did not dissapoint.<br/ <br/ The staff is friendly here and we really enjoyed the pho. The broth was really nice and the noodles were cooked well."
