"The staff at this restaurant walk around with headphones and nothing of the friendly and smiling openess of the Thai culture in the homeland. Our food was brought very quickly and tasted just OK. Our table was cleaned and preped for the next customer the moment we stood up to leave. The whole vibe was churn and burn. Won't be going back anytime soon"

"Terrible customer service, terrible staff. Took 6 calls to get through and then the lady had to ask me to repeat my order 5 times because she kept speaking with someone else.Our food wasn't delivered after 90mins despite constant assurances that it would be a maximum of 60mins. When we called to check where our food was, it took 9 calls to get through then finally she said she did not have our order but we could cancel it if we wanted to.We will never go to this place again and cannot recommend them to anyone."

"I know that’s a big call because there are about 10 just in the Gladesville area that do good food, but Blue Chilli has taken it to a new level. Flavours are incredible. Service is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable."

"We ordered a pizza and garlic bread to dine in. The restaurant was very stylish with a great atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and the food was great. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area and looking for somewhere to have a meal. They serve Italian food, pizza and pasta. Loved it."
