"Don't be fooled by what seems like a small serving but this is quite a lot and really good too! This (see pic) is their carbonara. The service was really nice but I originally ordered seafood marinara but too bad it was not available."

"Did i like it <br> Yes. It's the first time I've tried to eat in a shabu-shabu so I don't really know what to expect but I had a great time and a full stomach. <br> <br> Here's how it works, first you choose 2 broths, we tried satay and the spicy one (sorry, I forgot what it's called). Then choose the ingredients that you want to add to your broth. We had beef, seafood, some of the specialty balls, vegetables and noodles. Then each person would select a free item à la carte (only one-time order, for subsequent orders from this selection an additional fee will be charged). <br> <br> The food was good. I loved the satay broth. The specialty balls and usda beef were fantastic with both broths we picked. I ordered the salmon sashimi for my a la carte free meal, but it wasn't thawed thoroughly. The only downside was the dessert as it could use some improvement. <br> <br> The service was a little slow and we had to call the staff a couple of times to be entertained but it's not really that bad. <br> <br> Is it affordable? <br> For the lunch buffet it is only 550 per person, but without drinks. <br> <br> Am i coming back <br> Yes. It's one of the cheapest buffets I've known, and while the choice is limited, the food is still ok. :) :)"

"Have always been a fan of this Japanese resto, their dishes are really tasty and have a good amount of serving. The makis, ramen and katsudon for me are the best dishes here. Reasonable prices! "

"Upon entering Seryna, I got an instant, classic, Japanese ambiance. The place was dimly lit; the servers wearing kimono dresses; and there were both regular and Chabudai or short legged tables, where you can comfortably hang your feet below a hollow space. <br> <br> The food was simply amazing. My friend and I ordered different sashimi, and they were all fresh and delicious. Besides these, we also ordered sushi, soft tofu, buttered oysters, and the house sake. <br> <br> The only thing I've got a complaint for is the temperature. Although they had a fan beside our table, it was still a little bit hot, and upon asking our kind server, I was told that the air conditioning is usually weak. It's a good thing that it improved as the night progressed (perhaps the cold sake helped). <br> <br> We were attended by different servers who seemed to know the menu, as they offered suggestions especially when some of my first options were out of stock already. <br> <br> Overall, I'd love to go back to Seryna.... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"We are definitely coming for the unlimited Wagyu and other offers. My personal favorite are the prawns and scallops. They serve everything frozen and you have 90 minutes to order and cook everything. <br> <br> * Per tip. Ask one of the staff to do the cooking and fanning for you (yes, you need to fan the coals to cook faster). But be ready to tip the staff. I give 200 pesos. It's not that bad considering how much time you save and of course, you can really enjoy your food. <br> <br> And since the staff who serve us don't leave our table (with the exception of our usual order runs) I had the opportunity to ask them about the ingredients. The Wagyu is ground meat, frozen and cut into square shapes (I know, right? But tasty nonetheless). The shrimp and other seafood are also flown in from Japan frozen. I can't distract myself why the prawns taste different than what we usually buy in the market. It's definitely sweeter and tastier without the sauce. My partner told me that the fishing boats in Japan are more advanced and have a freezer to freeze the seafood immediately after catching it to keep it fresh. I don't know how true, but his face was very serious. Their shrimp are seasonal too. <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Had lunch here on a weekday and surprisingly, the place wasn’t that full of customers. I had what I usually order at Tokyo Tokyo Kani Salad, Honey Chicken Teriyaki and Coffee Jelly. Service is quick as they serve the food immediately. The chicken teriyaki was just okay but I really find most of their meals so oily. Their iced tea still tastes great and I love the coffee jelly I never miss getting this whenever I eat there."

"I have been a Wine Club buyer for over 12 years. I would say cases and cases of wine. About a year ago they recommended wine that was about 2k per bottle. I accepted and bought a suitcase that contains 12 bottles. I opened a bottle about a week later and it was bad. The cork crumbled and the wine tasted like vinegar. I thought it was just a bottle, but each one I opened was equally bad. I had 6 left and tried to return it. They took the bottles but never refunded me the 6, let alone the 12, even if I only asked for credit to buy other wines. It's been more than 6 months and not a solution as they make me wander around every time I call, even though I've been a loyal, high paying customer for over 12 years."

"The Bagoong Rice was delicious. The Prawn with coconut was the best. &nbsp; It was creamy and very flavorful. &nbsp;I highly recommend this dish. &nbsp; One of my favorite. Also, the Mango Shake was good too."

"The place to be for fine dining. Small, intimate, super delicious food, excellent ambience very elegant and discrete, attentive service by experienced staff, it has never let me down with all business guests I have had. An amazing fine dining and my place to be in Manila when it comes to a special dinner night out. Around $100 per head with wine pairing and you enjoy a 4/5 courses degustation menu. I prefer a la Carter as the choices are one better than the other. Congrats to the chef and John, the guy running the place."
