"Reasonably priced and great food. The baguette was especially good. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Paired with their beef stew, it makes for a really satisfying meal. The Vietnamese coffee here is also great. Really strong and with the Condensed milk served on the side so you can add to your liking."

"Dim sum here taste average. Tables are not properly wipe ... very bad service, no saucer plate for chilli and sweet sauce. Everything in the restaurant is extremely messy and disorganised...the waiter and waitress are inexperienced some even too young to work there. The worst scenario is the cashier is extremely slow he recounts the food items ... it takes about 5 to 8 min to settle one bill. Beware with this slowcoach cashier he might over bill you... that happened to me. Final conclusion Real bad service... if you feel like your life is so good and u Juz wanna look for something to stress u upJuz go to this Yuan Lee Dim Sum with hungry stomach. A place to test your patience and tolerance!"

"A few delicacies are outstanding and heart pulling. In general, other than a handful of delicious foods I could hardly smell out any other tongue attractions and mouthwatering dishes. I have stopped going there recently as the restaurant is a bit out of the way. Actually their steamed fish is also good and fresh. We used to have our birthday dinner there. The location can easily be forgotten."

"Having the reunion gathering over here on 18/1/22. Ordered the CNY 2022 set B . Kinda disappointing actually. The set come with following : 1. Salmon Yee Sang with snow pear standard 2. Double boiled chicken soup with sliced abalone mushroom this is nice recommended 3. Roasted Spanish Iberico spare ribs with roasted duck the iberico spare ribs is very disappointing in which you only taste there is a coat a layer of honey on it doenst taste good at all. The roasted duck serving without giving you the sauce until we request duck meat wasn’t nice though. 4. Steam tiger grouper in soy sauce this is still acceptable 5. Stir fried white prawn with special sauce moderately 6. Braised PPC abalone with mushroom this suppose not easily to fail people but the gravy is lack of taste. 7. Steamed rice with cured meat the rice taste bland. Cured meat too salty. 8. Dessert : red bean soup peanut mochi. The red bean soup too sweet I couldn’t finish it . Conclusion : service is good where they are very attentive to help you change your plate but the food are not meeting expectation."

"We came here for pizza because we'd heard it was good and, it's true, the pizza is very nice. My husband was served Tiger when he'd ordered Guinness but that's not really a big deal. However, what we definitely didn't like was the rat that was running around the outdoor tables after that any movement in the shadows made us jump so it wasn't really a relaxing meal. We were also not too impressed with the animal documentary on the TV screens which showed an animal being operated on! Blood, organs and stitches are not what you want to see when you're eating! All in all: nice pizza but...."
