"Completely changed from what it used to be, food incredibly over priced and rubbish servings. Was made clear there was one chicken roast left and when it came to ordering it was still free so I asked for it then half a hour later a waiter came over and said sorry but just as you were looking at the avalibility someone else was too so your have to have somthing else. If I knew this earlier I would have left the restraunt as I'm a fussy eater. It took so long for a waiter/waitress to come over and we spent over a hour waiting for out bill! Over a hour waiting on food too and our drinks were only filled half up and when asked for a jug of water the lady said yes but never brang it. Defiantly would not reccomend it!!"

"Been to this before and food has been good 'But today was very poor.Just under £40 FOR FOOD. its not about the money. People just don 't have it them days so when we get a takeaway it 's a treat for the family. Sorry guys .food around totton is going down hill.its hard too rely on some places. And why is it most takeaways only take cash. To be honest!!never free bits of food any more ..us the people pay there wages we want better from them all ."

"Genuvinity is 0%. Unacceptable rules in this restaurant. If someone orders a porotta he has to order each curry for each set of porotta even though they don't want 2set of curry, which is the rule by the staff who is in the billing department, We ordered one curry and he forced us to order one more curry and the curry was extra for us. When the time of billing we asked the reason He said that he has many expenses is so we have to order like it. "My man and I stumbled over this restaurant while our jubilee stay in South Hampton and could not believe the jewel we had found. it was filled to the edge and probably one of its busiest months was the lead to christmas. Although all the tables and a Christmas party are on the way, they managed to organize a table for us only at the entrance in less than 5 minutes. the service was super fast and friendly and they constantly checked for us and when the courts came out, they explained what was all. we are every last piece of the 7 dishes we ordered! I am definitiw back."

"Having ordered food from you guys for the best part of 5 years i can truly say you are consistently professional throughout. From the call to ordering the food, the estimated time of delivery, quality, quantity and price, are all fantastic. My family and i agree there are many good Indian takaways in the area and we've tried them all, but the Royal is a cut above, delivering their restaurant food over the phone. Amongst our order last night we tried the Keema Pancake for the first time, amazing! Looking forward to our next visit ."
