"Love hero sushi because it's easy and fast and fresh sushi! I got two small nigiri with fresh prawn and salmon. It's also cheap and you can buy single pieces or sushi rolls. <br><br><a href="https://www.zomato.com/spoonback?u=http%3A%2F%2Faroundtheclockfoodie.com&amp;r=30684125&amp;to=33945504&amp;k=1cc2b4c33c55996c513c905d13689d99" target="_blank"><span class="left red-text">aroundtheclockfoodie.com</span><span class="grey-text left ml5" data-icon="ŧ"></span></a>"

"Really cute Italian styled setting, outdoor seating offered pillows on chairs and heaters against the open planned.<br> <br> Food was lovely but I've had amazing home made pastas before (and have my certain fave places) and am comparing it to that, not to say the food wasn't nice. <br> <br> Good for groups, families and couples. <br> Their menu caters for kids and I notice there were a lot of families with young children dining here.<br> <br> You could go for pre or after drinks at bar 100 (same establishment) as an option."

"The restaurant was very quiet so we were given a table on the narrow balcony. The food was fine but the fried rice was excessively expensive. It was supposed to be crab, but it was changed to prawn for the same price. The waiter was French and had not been working there very long, so whilst he was very pleasant, he wasn't the most efficient or informative. We would probably go again when next staying in the Rocks, but wouldn't make a special effort to go there. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting inside the restaurant."

"I don't know about you but for me a satisfying dining experience is as much about the atmosphere as it is about the food (your dining partner is kinda important too right? but that's another story :)).Scarlett Restaurant is one of those places that delivers nicely on the atmospherics creating an easy intimacy so complementary to breaking bread with another. There's nothing precious or pretentious going on here - just a smaller footprint (read: fewer tables/guests), soaring ceilings (read: sense of openness), two-tiered layout (read: interesting design) a non-invasive service style .... and terrific, thoughtfully presented food. We didn't have a dish that was anything but excellent, including an eye-catching "smoking" Prawn & Lobster 'Raviolo' in a kombu broth. And as other contributors have pointed out - the Truffle & Cheddar Fries are unique. Mind you, the meal didn't lose anything in the Mille Feuille (hazelnut, pistachio, lemon, velouté) finish. And if you're an Accor member (as I am) your guest dines for free at this establishment. A comment about the wine list: Others have written that there are no wines under $50 (and none over $88 by the way). That's true. But what is also true is I researched several of the wines on the list and they were each excellent wines from excellent vintages, and retailing for between $25 to $30. So the mark up is not excessive by any standard and there appears to be no "fillers" ie cheaper and lesser quality wines to fill a price point. I think most diners would choose to have the wine they would enjoy to drink. A really enjoyable all-round product. It goes onto my short-list.PS Catch a boutique beer beforehand from the super little pub two doors down (corner of Argyle St) - they make all their beers on the premises downstairs - my favourite is #4."

"Please do yourself a favour and do not get butter chicken and rice from here. I got it and I had severe food poisoning, with a fever and chills. The food must have not been kept at an optimal temperature and therefore encouraged bacteria growth. I have been sick for the past few days and it’s still going and the only thing I can account it to is my meal here."

The effort and attention of the student staff is evident in every aspect of the dining experience and the quality reflects the focus on providing diners with the best possible food and service. Tip: We tried the lamb, pork belly, and duck… simply superb!"

"What can one expect from the Shangri la other than excellence. This goes for the coffee as well as their super sweets &amp; deserts. Only had time to grab a quick coffee as we rushed out the door though as we had just had a great breakfast upstairs in the Horizon Club earlier"
