"Terrible service this time round. Ordered over the phone for delivery, said 40 mins. 1 hour and half went by and still no food. We rang regards to see where our food was to be told by on the way in 10 mins and they will give us extra food for the late delivery. When food came, we had half of our food missing , no rice, chips or nann bread. Our balti had hardly any lamb in it, the chicken tikka was very watery more like soup. We rang up to explain we items missing from our order to be told we didn't order them , can we collect no one was able to collect, to then be told it will be another hour to drop chips etc off. Then we was told ok be 15 minutes and told we will have money back. To then be told the chips will be on the way. The phone got passed around the restaurant as they were making out they couldn't understand what we were saying. To then be told we were lying and didn't order the food again. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. We managed to get someone to go into the shop to be told money cannot be given to us nor food but a food voucher will be the only thing to give us. We definitely will not be eating here again. The food was not exactly cheap we paid £70 worth. Which is sad as the food is great when it turns up."

"We love Golden Moments! The food is amazing, always cooked perfectly and the service is quick and friendly. There are soft drinks and alcoholic drinks available, including cocktails. The range of dishes is good and includes a good number of vegetarian options. We ordered garlic chilli King prawn, sag aloo, masala chips, paneer Tika masala, plain naan and rice. For dessert we had a Maltesa ice cream and pistachio kulfi. All of the food was lovely and service was faultless. The bill was just under £70, but we did also have two drinks each Kingfisher and Cobra. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Menu was not as on the net VERY disappointed especially it was our wedding anniversary we took another couple. It was embarrassing because they had also looked on the net to look at the menu. of the normal starter not on the...menu only steaks no risottos or pizza (not that we would have ordered pizza) none of the desserts other than the Eaton mess which was in fact served in a brandy basket (stated mixed fruit) but we could not find mixed fruit other than passion fruit pips which we left because it was a load of whipped cream. Things like cottage pie. Lasagna It was as if it was a lunchtime menu. Had we have known we would NOT have gone we went because of the selection on the advertised menu. I asked a member of the staff for the normal menu to which I was informed that was the menu.I said in that case it should have been altered on the net for the amount of time it was going to be their normal menu or when booking they should have informed me it would be a limited menu. Now the place was very busy (which may have been the reason for the menu) there was a good atmosphere we have been on several occasions which was why because our anniversary went again.VERY VERY disappointed"

"On this fabulous place by falling tonight. what a jewel to find! fabulous service, delicious eating and a beautiful ambiente for the place. we went for a few starters to share as we are not great eater, but beloved beloved prawn, wild to be, lady finger, lamb hacks, hummus brot, afrikana chips. many thanks for a beautiful evening and so good to take care of us!"
