"At the arrival I was informed by waiting staff that I had no booking, despite a confirmation email. this opportunity lasted 5 minutes to sort while we had to wait at the entrance, although there was a nearby empty restaurant. the matter was corrected and we were finally set. we got glasses, but the table water never came. when we ordered, the waitress was quite rude and short when we answered our questions that we felt like an inconvenience since the book. further she snuffed the menu from our hands after we had ordered. I can't complain about the waiting period for the food, but we didn't even finish the escape before our main thing arrived. the waitress could not even wait until we move our escaped plate, but simply leave the plate and leave. between person 1 and person 2 received a considerable time their meals. that was the same case as the table next to us."
