"Omg the eating was amazing had garnel for beginners fish for haupt 0 not forget the chocolate dessert. I have to say the two ladies before the house were very welcoming, friendly, polite, what more can I say defo would go back so nicely not with last on the menu to choose from visited 16/11/17 xxx"

"It was my husbands birthday so we ordered a take away from NEW CHINA Lancing ,my husband had king prawn chow mein and i had beef chow mein .It was smimming in brown watery liquid , bland flavour and very dissapointing . A few hours after eating my beef chow mein i was violently sick and was back and forth to the bathroom all night long and the next day and the next night , i had all the classic symptons of food poisoning ,including a high fever .Since then i have not eaten , just been drinking water . I believe that this simply indicates the care and choice needed to choose where to buy your take away and for this take away to be more scrupelous in the ingredients used especially meat which is obviously either not stored properly or past its shelf life . I would never purchase a meal from NEW CHINA ever again ."

"Very disappointed tonight. Pre ordered 4:18pm this evening to have my order cancelled on a Saturday Night at 5:45pm We live two minutes away so I drove round there to place my order in person. Lady at counter said they have too many orders tonight. They usually take 80 and they’ve had 55 already. Why mine couldn’t be number 56 I do not know. Unfortunately it’s the best Chinese in Lancing but feel very disappointed with their attitude to regular customers. They’ve also turned their phone lines off to not take anymore orders either. This isn’t the first time we’ve had our order cancelled but we’ve been patient and waited for the service to become available again. We’ve now gone for a curry instead. My thoughts would be if you can’t cope with demand get more chefs or don’t allow pre orders or get a bigger premises."

"Food was basic. Not bad. Service sucked. Stood at the bar and trying to order a drink and was ignored. Everyone served before I was. Was going to tip but then thought staff didn’t derive it. Won’t go again or recommend."

"After 5 weeks in lockdown treated ourselves to a take away and boy was it good.!!This has to be the best Chinese in Worthing/ Shoreham and although we have been coming here for years tonight's meal went down a treat,just what we needed in these desperate times.Thanks to lovely staff xxx"

"Awful. Went on steak night. Requested my steak rare was told they wouldn’t cook it how I wanted it because it would be too chewy (what??? came out just past medium and tough as old boots. Triple cooked chips were so over done they were hollow in the middle and disinterested as soon as I tried to cut them must have been reheated into oblivion! Sent it all back, did not request a replacement no point. Service from Kenzie and a red haired girl, I didn’t get her name was amazing though Shame the food/chefs let the place down. Would not recommend"
