"Went for the shrimp boil. the shrimp was so overdone it was dry and curled so tight. we split an order and for the 2 of us, they gave us one very dry ear of corn so we had to ask for another very dry ear of corn. i ordered a manhattan which came in a half full glass for 10. also, they would not let us sit next to a window because we did not have reservations but 2 of the tables were unoccupied thu our entire meal. go back???? does not look good"

"Had the special for lunch yesterday. A German specialty, tenderized Pork Schnitzel covered with a brown gravy and mushrooms accompanied with German potatoes and cabbage. I had passed on the his signature chicken fried steak and ordered the special and was not disappointed. Think about this, an Iranian transplanted and deeply rooted in Texas, cooking German food. Evidently a great combination. Thanks Ali."

"First time here and definitely will not be my last. From start to finish one of the best meals I've ever had. The bread, arancini, penne vodka and cannoli were all to die for. Also the young man who was one of our servers was on point with his service . Thank you for a fabulous and memorable meal. Can't wait to come back"

"Had to wait for my daughter to be done with work so I looked for a place nearby. I instantly fell in love with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I purchased the dinner bento with the 2 rolls, appetizer, soup, crab salad and fruit. It was delicious. I ended up ordering more food to go as I had to leave to get my daughter. I would recommend Sushi Tei to everyone."
