"We LOVED this spot. The owner and server working both times we came were just wonderful! We stopped in initially just for a drink and a snack, but ended up sharing some shrimp and a fresh fish of the day. We ended up coming back the next day for a full dinner! The wine, fish, steak, and shrimp were all so delicious and a great atmosphere too!"

"Perché 5 stelle? Perché è un posto molto alla mano condotto da personale davvero gentile, perché il cibo è ottimo ed i prezzi sono davvero modici. Consigliatissimo se non cercate ristoranti stellati ma solo cibo genuino e buona cucina."

"I was expecting a lot of this place as it was highly recommended by friends. However it starts on the booking moment. I have called to book a table for dinner for two. All good, however they forgot to explain that they don’t book on the terrace (during covid times I would say that is an important fact). So when we arrived we only had table indoors. We asked if we could have a table outside. We could but we would have to wait in line as if any reservation ever been made. In the meantime we decided to have our indoor table has the restaurant had a lot of doors open with good ventilation. We asked for fish soup (was good) and a tomato soup (very salty). We had also very fish dishes with octopus and tuna. They were good but not outstanding. In top of that between the soup and the main dish we waited at least 45 min with no explanation for the delay. But the even more negative side goes really to the service. All of the staff wasn’t paying attention at all times. A lot of people, totally uncoordinated, distracted, having conversations but not really focused on what the customers need. And on top of that the restaurant was not even full. The terrace was but inside most of the room was empty. Maybe it was a question of bad luck but honestly so far was one of the poorest options in Azores."
