"We had the worst meal we have ever had!!! It was dreadfully expensive for a "soup" that was grey with hints of brown, salty and had ONE overcooked mussel (it was a fish soup....). The tapas plate we simply couldn't eat, not only were they chewy and stale but presentation was awful!!! The fish grill was beyond disgusting. I imagine fish was grilled the night before and left to sit under the hot light until noon when we had the misfortune to order it!!!!Location was amazing and that's what fooled us...If you can avoid it, please do."

"We weren't very hungry as we'd had a late lunch, but we definitely wanted seafood. We read about this place on TA, and agree with others that the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the bottle of Bordeaux to accompany it was perfect. There are few veggies on the menu (they were out of the padrones), but the prawns and the scallops with leeks were delightful, as was the dark bread to sop up the sauce. Very friendly waiter too."

"After a walk round Biarritz, we settled on this restaurant before heading back to the hotel. Food was good, with nice wine by the glass. The staff were also hard working and friendly. Certainly a good experience."

"Delightful experience totally merits it’s Michelin star. Small intimate restaurant, a little off the beaten track in Biarritz. Lovely modern decor, impeccable service. Menu is limited as expected for the 30 or so covers, with great ingredients and an interesting twist on on local...dishes. A la carte will set you back a bit, but there is a tasting menu which is fantastic value for the quality of the cuisine Heartily recommended"

"Le Sin is one of my favorite places in Biarritz. The modern design and the environment is very unique, the building turns into waves as part of the ocean. The food is complex and draws from Basque and modern kitchens, offers various ways to modernize a local specialty, or to enjoy a completely new concept with local ingredients. I love to go there for sunset, as you know what this location and food are able to offer. I should add that the employees (two of them are the owners) are excellent. Enjoy!"
