"Came across this osteria by chance on our way back from lucca. We stay for 2 months of the year in castelvecchio pascoli which is a twenty minute drive away and unaware of this gem. We had their midweek fixed lunch menu at 10 euros which was very good in particular their pasta dishes. It was my husbands birthday following Sunday so we booked For Sunday lunch along with my parents. Everything from start to finish was excellent along with the little extras included.Although we were surprisingly the only 4 in the restaurant the waitress was very attentive and helpful. It seems a shame that so many tourists come to this area and are unaware of this osteria possibly because it's difficult to access from the main road. Unfortunately we are back in scotland now but look forward to returning later in the year. I definitely reccomend their antipasto and the frittora mista."

"Unbelievable experience. Beautiful setting, exceptional cuisine and pleasant and fast service. We took pizza, better than in Italian restaurants. Same for the legs according to the rest of the family. The dishes are unpublished and incredibly mastered, with local specialties... dessert houses, nothing to add... In addition, the dishes were copied, miam.Want to eat there every day, the price is largely worth the candle."
