"This is a really great cafe. Just up the rd from Deakin at the set of shops closest to Station St. Have been there before only a couple times ages ago and it didnt stand out to me. However, this Thursdays lunch completely changed that!! It was great! I ordered the Morrocan tagine with beans, spinach, cheese and a poached egg. I added bacon but wasn't 100% necessary. Came with a Couple of slices of dark rye bread and I bloody loved it. Breakfast menu til 3pm is a win win. They have a cute little unassuming courtyard out the back which is lovely. The only thing was the long black was terrible. No coffee taste at all as it was too watery."

As this is not an area we visit,even though close to home/There are other eateries hidden away in this little pocket. A traditional Chinese menu, food well cooked and presented. "I'd only been here once before, back in 2016, and thought to try it again. I wish I'd done so earlier, because it was soooo incredibly good and delicious. Honestly, the food is great. The food takes a little bit of time to come out (even during non peak times), but the actual service is very good and they're attentive and the meals all came out at the same time, which is almost unheard of in many Chinese restaurants (that I've been to). They even give you delicious sugar cookies at the end of the meal. They could definitely stand to freshen up and modernise the decor and repaint the dirty and old shabby looking walls, but overall that's really about the only complaint. Everything we ate, we loved and I'll definitely be coming back again."

"The food is fine, maybe a bit expensive, but the big problem is the woman, owner? She is always in your face. She pressures you to order, she leans across you to collect plates. She hovers around the table. She clears plates before everyone has finished. We had our bill before even being asked if we wanted desert. We won't be back because its not a relaxing evening/meal."
