"Hidden gem. This restaurant is hidden away in the Belgrave Rooms. Really nice decor inside. Limited menu, but good quality food at very inexpensive prices. Went on a Saturday night before 7pm and paid £12.50 for 2 courses. Ideally located for events in town. We were the only people in the restaurant. Service was very good, quick and friendly."

"Harts was very disappointing. Having dined at Hambleton Hall I was expecting much more from Harts. The chef on the night had no understanding of flavour and how to get the best out of food. I had pork terrine to start. It was overpowering with garlic the other ingredients were swamped and the subtle combination of flavours lost. A red wine jus was so salty it again masked the flavours of the dish in this case a guinea fowl and a mushroom starter dish was disappointing because the mushrooms had not been cooked properly. The service was OK but the waitress understood nothing about the wine menu and nobody was on hand to advise. Other staff were over familiar service behaviour which was inappropriate. I shall not return!!"

"5 years visit the calcutta club and I wouldn't go anywhere else to go for my Indian food. the best quality throughout the united kingdom and service is always before place. we live in coventry and choose an hour trip, just to eat at the calcutta club. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to taste delicious, fresh food. great selection of drinks at the bar and beautiful decor throughout."
