"Lovely interior but the service from staff was substandard and we would never return. We went in for a couple of coffees and it was not even busy. After waiting for over 20 minutes with no one even coming to our table (we were sitting...right beside the bar) my wife went up to the bar and politely asked if we could order coffee. She was told to go back to her seat and they would be over. They did not come over for the next 15 minutes. I watched staff during this time and they most certainly were not busy. We ended up just leaving. Worst service I have ever seen and will certainly never be returning"

"A small hotel without pretention the most a sea view if we are lucky to have one but we had without a balcony a little less well.... the reception is formal without the price is not at the height of the services we have the habit of the 4 stars for the same hotel price correct without more. you have to work the customer reception!!!!"

"We had booked a 3-day stay in the hotel over the brittany ferries and spent a whole day exploring the bretagne, we thought we would eat in our first evening in the restaurant. Oh, my God, it was like it was going back in time. musak, couples talk in...whispers, a waiter, who obviously barely tolerated the fact that he had to visit guests. I noticed that I couldn't go through anything in the kitchen when I thought we were sitting right next to the door. I accept that it was a celebration, and I suspect that the cook had the night free. it reminded me seriously of fawlty towers and the "cook 's just opened the tin ' notice. that was terrible. I left most of my meals and when the waiter came to clear the table, he was quite fishing that I 't deleted my plate. he did not ask if there were problems with the meal and, as I had not eaten, I had not felt that I had to give it out! the only trigger factor was the Irish coffee cream brûlée, which I had dessert. I would eat it again, but please don't let me eat the gum truthahn escalope again!"
