"I just want to say that the customer could be wrong, but you can't tell them that. And this girl trains professionals in the luxury industry. Just to say. If a customer tells the waiting staff that the broth of the chicken soup is red and...that the meat is not chicken, just let us agree not to be arrogant about it and to reply back in silence. Seriously? It's all wrong. And reflects the setting of the hotel reception, so... my expectations were not high when you look at the check in experience. Don't make a big deal. Nobody sent anything back to the kitchen. Let go. Be nice. Nobody insulted you personally. The food was good, the breakfast there the next day and it was nice. Was just made to feel very uncomfortable, which is not funny given the prices they have for casual food (it is Switzerland)."
