"The chips were the best part of our order. The rest was below average. There was more batter than actual fish inside the flake, calamari rings had too much batter and 2 were imbedded in fish pieces. The potato cakes we ordered were not included so we had to wait while they were cooked and the staff were clearly not concentrating on their jobs. Very disappointed and pricey for what ended up with!"

"An amazing friendly, quiet atmosphere. eating was just too good for cake. we had a banquet for 2 and were not able to finish the meal only from the size. we took the rest safely home. beautiful, friendly and informative staff. we look forward to coming back with our friends and family."

"My husband and I went here for a much needed date night. The staff were so friendly and efficient, the food was delicious, and the cocktails even better! The perfect ambience for us to relax and enjoy our dinner. We started with smashed potatoes (ummm YUMMM), and had delicious beef and lamb mains and finished with super yum churros. Will be back and would recommend to anyone! Will be taking the kids next time as it was kid friendly too!"

"Considering their name, it was the slowest fish n chips iv ever waited for. And it wasn't busy. It seemed like they had no idea.... However the food was yummy. Cooked well and fresh. We ordered nuggets (for kids) and didn't get the amount we payed for... I'm not out to ruin small local businesses so I give 4 stars although because of my overall personal experience I did want to give a 3."

"Being a Monday dining options were limited but reviews for here were good so I booked. Got there early planning to have a quiet drink before ordering There are a couple of armchairs in front of the fire but these were taken so we stayed at our table. Shared a garlic pizza with our drinks, very tasty. We both had spaghetti with prawns chorizo for mains, only thing I would change is to have a thinner pasta but the dish was delicious. Service was prompt, warm friendly."
