"We could see this was popular so pre booked the day before. It’s a beautiful place in the old town far along away from the noisy bit. The menu is very nice and plenty of delicious fish dishes to choose from. The fresh fish display which you can choose from and charged by the weight also looked good. Highly recommend. Great efficient service."

"The food and ambience was really nice. Kids enjoyed the basic yet flavorful Sphagetti Pomodoro. Calamari was also very good. In fact we repeated the order. I can strongly recommend this restaurant."

"We asked the male waiter for one of the empty tables with chairs rather than a high table with stools at the front. We were asked if we had a reservation, we didnt. We were told there was a reservation in half an hour. All the other tables around us were empty. We ordered but felt rushed. The waitress told us the reservation would be moved inside when they arrived. The waiter was completely pre occupied with what was going on around him rather than with his customers. Screeching girls giggling with him and being a nuisance. The food was good and tasty but if you are the owner of this place and wonder why it is quiet, its because your waiter is turning people away if they dont have a reservation when infact the place is empty. When we paid the bill inside the supposed ‘reservation’ hadnt turned up as inside was empty too, funny that!!! The waiter clearly wants an easy shift!"

"We’ve arrived at La Navicula around 19:15, perfect timing if you want to get a table without any waiting time. Food was delicious, everything was really fresh. We’ve started with a portion of mussels which were well cleaned and cooked, had the star of the evening the urechiette with a great tomato sauce and finished with grilled octopus and calamari. Only 4 for the service as the waiters were quite busy unable to assist promptly, but other than that, highly recommend it. Good prices as well :"

"Great place for fresh fish with outdoor seating just next to the port and fish market. You can choose the freshly caught fish and they will cook them for you inside. For €20 per person we got an octopus between two, a piece of sword fish, giant prawns and a glass of house wine."

"Great location. Dinner in part was very good and in part very poor. The raw red prawns were wonderful as was the mixed fish anitpasti. Then we had to wait a long time for the lobster which was overcooked and then the red mullet was the same as the antipasti and the vegetable of turnip tops with olives was overcooked broccoli and the chips were very disappointing. The sea bream was good"
