"Ashley was very welcoming and friendly and taught the kids to say 'how are you' in Malayalam. His friend who runs coffee bay round the corner had just taught them to count to 10 so now they are pretty much fluent! Besides this he served lovely fresh fish with a nice veg curry - though it was a little too 'unspicy' (specifically for westerners) for our taste - so ask for chilli if you want it! He also provided a Carom board so we wiled away an hour or two there in the shade!"

"Really good Indian coffee (although they do a whole series,) good tuna sandwich and very cheap prices; close to the beach and good tables. service pretty slow and the chappati we never ordered arrived."
