"We were looking forward to coming here for a birthday dinner. We sat down and the server came out asking what we wanted to drink. We all said water and we waited 5 minutes and another server comes and asks the same thing. So we said we wanted wateragain and they got that after. We had asked politely if our table could be wiped down and they said they would, we waited 10minutes and asked another person and they still didn?t. Did I mention that this is 20 minutes later and we hadn?t ordered yet?Unfortunately the service we got was so bad that we had to walk out after wasting 30 minutes sitting at a dirty table starving.Won?t be back ???? very disappointed"

"Awesome place to eat !! Great team work and hard working staff with quick service!!!!! Clean place and lots of delicious food , smorgasbord with a little of everything, all the food looked and tasted fresh , top quality ingredients sushi chicken and ribs prime rib roast mashed potatoes steamed beans Asian style food I am going back every chance I get !!!!!!"

"First time at Yamas Taverna, ordered the “jumbo” garlic prawns for $16 and it only came with 5 tiny pieces. Not sure if this is normal for this restaurant but I was pretty disappointed to find out that I paid $16 for 5 pieces of regular sized shrimps."

"From the last five visits: either I or someone at the table had to send their dinner back as badly prepared. they sent back their badly mixed drink. you got food poisoning and was sick when she left the restaurant. The...Keg has been on a downwards slide for months and it seems time to replace the chef and probably some other in the kitchen. the waiting staff is excellent. the dinners that were sent back were not, but they must be very expensive for the restaurant. it's probably a very long time before I get back."

"Raudz has been our go to for at least 13 years now. Last Friday we went and we were surprised to see how the usually impeccable service had changed. The room was busy as usual for a Friday but with 3 bartenders behind the bar I waited 40 minutes for my first drink. My spouse ordered at the same time as I and received his 10 min before. We were told that our stay would be a 2 hour maximum (certainly not what one would expect), at first. Our appetizer dishes sat dirty in front of us for 30 minutes and another 15 before I picked them up and put them on the bar beside us. Our entrees were excellent. And the wine service was excellent. They ended up not holding us to the 2-hour limit because of the $600 +tip we rang up (I'm sure). Perhaps it was just an off night, it happens, and we will probably return but, we were surprised to see the bar drop just the amount it had. Do go though, as the food is very well made and mostly local sections. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Charcuterie Board, Peppercorn Steak, Rack of Lamb"

"Starter of elk tartare and tapas was really good. We then waited about an hour for the main which we ordered at the same.time as the starter! It was not particularly busy. When it arrived the halibut was really overcooked as was the ravioli with the duck. Ridiculous time delay and food had obviously been kept warm for too long.Very disappointed to be fair."

"We first and only night in Kelowna and wanted some Chinese food, saw this place on the travel magazine. Easy parking although the restaurant is in a one-way street. Services were fast, food was good and reasonably priced."
