"We were looking forward to dining here but were very disappointed. Once our food was delivered it seemed the wait staff forgot about us. No checking in, no refills, nothing. I ordered the spicy seafood pasta. It came with 4 shrimp and a generous portion of clams. It was pretty tasty. My hubby got the grilled chicken skewers with savory rice pilaf. It came with 3 small appetizer size skewers, a bowl of yogurt dipping sauce, a scoop of the pilaf that looked and tasted like dog food, and a salad of cherry tomatoes and artichoke hearts. It was not worth the $36 it cost. The decor is nice but it was pretty stuffy inside so dress expecting it to be on the warm side."

"We so highly recommend spending an evening at Duke's! We had been to Duke's before and it is walkable from where we stay. In the past, I would say we went for convenience but NOW we went three nights because we enjoyed the food and service, drinks and music so much. We had servers who were very welcoming and our food was excellent (above what we had experienced before. . Highly recommend the calamari, mahi/mahi with Macadamia and Parm crust, and ESPECIALLY the Hula Pie. Enjoy the vibes and the evening! (Do make a reservation they really book up. We were happy to have a beverage during the wait, but after night one we made reservations. They don't take them same day. ."

"I love the Ritz-Carlton hotels. We booked here to use Marriott points and were able to get a 2 bedroom residence with a points cash upgrade. The staff is excellent. The food was great. The pool was very nice. The accommodations were outstanding. You can get the Kapalua shuttle anywhere on the property. Definitely use it to visit Kapalua Bay! Worth every penny!"

"We had had multiple meals here during our stay and, aside from the Kaanapali Fried Rice, breakfast was our favorite. Service was okay and the restaurant was never too busy so we always got seated quickly. Price is on par with other restaurants on the island. If you’re debating on stopping here I’d recommend keep walking the the multiple food trucks located behind the hotel."
