"I ordered the green curry. It was way too sweet and didn't have an authentic flavour. I asked for medium but it was mild-actually no chili at all. I couldnt smell or taste any fresh lemongrass etc. The sauce was so smooth as if it was just paste + coconut cream & of course tons of suger. I dont kno why they think we want so much suger in it, my wife couldnt even stomach it. I ate it because I was hungry but would never order a curry from here again. It was cheap tho thats why I gave it an average rating. Not sure if they make a different standard for full price meals but u would hope so"

"We have given this place a go twice now. First time was take away and it was an hour late! Completely unapologetic. I noticed (during the exorbitant wait) that there are a lot of weird signs around the restaurant about how long it takes to make the food. Obviously I am not the first to have a long wait! Very ordinary food (sweet and sour pork battered like crazy and overcooked) and to top it off, we discovered they got the order wrong after we got home! The second time I tried to dine in with my kids and the owner refused, despite the fact that the sign says it is byo dine in and there are plenty of tables in there (and no other diners). The owner insisted I takeaway to which I declined. It appeared he was not keen on kids, which is surprising given the setting is like the old traditional suburban restaurant with plastic tables etc. I noticed most of the tables had 'reserved ' signs on them, but when I walked past an hour later (after dining elsewhere) it was a ghost town. If you are not dine in, just be honest! Never again"

"I would go back to Maroochydore just for this restaurant. The Manager is just fantastic; so friendly and welcoming - and knowledgeable and the young staff were very helpful too. The food is just wonderful. Good choice of tapas, Spanish type pizza and lovely seafood. I can't recommend this restaurant enough; we were in Maroochydore for 4 nights and went there twice!! Have the prawns - oh and the sardines. Thank you to the staff who made this special for us."

"WE went to Fusions as part of a group for my Daughters Birthday...everyone stated how good their the food was.... mine was absolutely delish ....and I will be going back for a more intimate Dinner with my wife.......you can't not enjoy"

"We took our neighbour friends with us since we convinced them it was a lovely place to dine. As per expected it pleased our friends no end. The manager Kate ( she is helping out while the owner Jodhi takes a well earned break in Greece ) looked after us as if she was the owner and gave us service you could only describe as fabulous. The food as usual was first class and the four of us had a wonderful evening to say the least. We will certainly be going back as i'm sure our friends will. Keep up the good work and thank you Kate or everything."

"We went to dinner and were somewhat disappointed that there was no atmosphere in the restaurant for an Italian restaurant. the service was missing from disks that were not deleted by entree. the order was taken on time and the dinner was taken out on time. but the food was...big, chorrizo rissoto was delicious, chicken carving was excellent and the pork bell pizza was great. a total of some improvements required, but large foods"

"Been here several times. Nice quiet pub for a meal.Food: only place I will order a steak as I like well done. It's well done. No pink which is what I like. Most places I send it back. Most won't agree but my choice.Bar service: prompt but not friendly at all. Golden rule: staff own bottom 1/3 of glass. I don't want to put my mouth where their hands have been. Staff happy to chat to regulars only. Still don't seem friendly. Clearly just a job. Couple of staff work like Trojans others...clearly just a job.Bravo to the cooks for my steak continuously well done and all meals served together whether busy or quiet."
