"As last year, we wanted again this year on the 1st. Go to jade for Christmas, as the food was really delicious. Since we have a small baby, we had shown in person at the restaurant exactly two months before. Save a table so we can have room for the stroller and have some rest with the baby. On site we were told this table. When we arrived a, 1st Christmas day, no one knew about our reservation. The number of people was wrong and we didn't get the table in the Separee either. We were offered three times that we should go to Separee for 20 minutes before other guests come. You usually need only 20-30 minutes for buffet dinner. That was quite disappointing and you got the impression of mass destruction. Because if you get on the first. Christmas day for a meal in buffet form, you want to enjoy this in peace."

"Das Ambiente, der Biergarten, die südländische Art des Umgangs mit den Gästen, ist das was wir an euch mögen. Auch wenn das manchmal polarisierend sein mag. A B E RWenn ich mich für Perlwein entschieden hab und den weiter trinken möchte, dann aber gesagt bekomme, dass nur eine Flasche davon da ist, das am Wochenende, finde ich schade, nehme es hin und trinke was anderes, geht aber eigentlich gar nicht. Das Dieser von einem großen Discounter stammte, hat mich dabei weniger gestört, solange er schmeckt.Nun ja, dann eben ein Glas Rosé Wein bestellt, getrunken, mit der verneinten Frage ob er noch eine andere Sorte Rosé hat, ein weiteres Glas bestellt und doch, schon allein der Farbe wegen, einen ganz anderen bekommen ??Der bestellte Salat war optisch ok, streckenweise haben die Tomaten einen leicht erdigen Geschmack gehabt, was auf nichts schönes deuten lies, woran das wohl liegen mag?? Ganz sicher war ich mir nicht und ich hatte an dem Tag auch keine Lust eine Diskussion anzufangen, was ich jetzt hier in Form einer konstruktiven Kritik nachholen möchte ! Vielleicht ein Ausrutscher ?Die restlichen Speisen waren soweit ok, es fehlte aber überall die italienische Seele. Die eine oder andere Kritik an einzelnen Dingen wurden von uns von den Nebentischen auch war genommen.....Die ersten Gläser Chardonnay meiner Mitgäste waren ok, die zweiten hatten uterschiedliche Farbe und rochen überlagert und gingen jetzt endgültig zurück. Es gab frischen, der war ok.Bitte bitte, ändert ganz schnell was daran, sonst sehe ich den Untergang kommen und das wäre schade, wo ihr doch so liebenswert italienisch seid und ihr, berechtigt, mitverantwortlich gemacht werden könntet, wenn die möchtegern Italiener euch das Leben schwer machen und alles platt machen......Preis/Leistungsverhältnis noch befriedigend, abgesehen von den grenzwertigen Tomaten. :-("
