"I can here to catch up with an old friend visiting from Ohio. We had a really great time. Our device was amazing, the food was phenomenal, and the drinks were good too. We ordered edamame, an assortment of sushi, pad Thai, and dessert. Highly recommend! Just make sure you don't pass it driving on the freeway."

"Place is not bad. First time we went was for my wife's birthday. We were excited for Birria tacos. The consome was not bad. My wife enjoyed it. Taco shells are crispy and cheese was just the right amount. Meat was good portion. The place is very small. Its my only complaint. The waitress is good but there's only one in the place so if it's busy it's hard for her to tend to every table but she tries her best. They should add ground beef as part of their meat options. I would recommend this place if you're in a mood for some good tacos."

"The proof of any ramen-ya is always the quality of the soup broth and it’s ingredients. Noodles, although important, are secondary. Ramen Nagomi New Brunswick exceeds the mark on broth. As a seasoned traveler to Japan, I will admit that my expectations for ramen are quite high. Most ramen in the area including NYC never get to impressive in the broth department. Nagomi is a true exception.I ordered the miso crab ramen bowl and it was exceptional. The soup is rich with a pronounced miso flavor and the crab base is evident. The bowl is not overcrowded with fillers like bean sprouts, so the concentration is on the crab flavor and the thin straight ramen noodles. Included toppings are lump crab, kikurage mushroom, scallion, nori seaweed and ajitama, marinated lava egg. Green tea is extra, but I recommend it. They call it light green tea but it is really genmai cha, a green tea brewed with toasted rice… delicious.Although not traditional for a ramen shop, a multitude of other foods are on the menu. Agemono, (fried foods) and donbori rice bowls with toppings. Izakaya favorites like Karaage (fried chicken), Takoyaki (octopus fritters) and edamame (boiled salted soybeans) are available.One slight quibble was that my soup arrived with an ice cold egg right from the refrigerator in the bowl. The kitchen needs to warm the eggs a bit, otherwise it is like adding ice to hot soup.I look forward to returning multiple times for further tastings of this interesting and delicious menu."

"The food was not very impressive, especially for a $100 dinner. We ordered pasta, seafood salad, and fish. Pasta was very salty, fish was pretty mild. (I did like the grilled vegetables on the side) The salad was basically just a bunch of boiled seafood mixing with few veggies. The only sauce inside was lemon. I like the volume. But I felt there could have been more creativity from the chef?The service was also kind of off. After the bread, the waiter just gave us the salad without gathering the plates. I ordered the salad, but he just left the salad on my husband’s side. It didn’t occur to them that the table should be reorganized until we asked them to.There were things that were kind of impressive. The waitress are very good-looking with bright smile. The design of the restaurant is eye catching. But I probably won’t go there again."
